1. Safari2Go's platform role
Safari2Go Centric helps travelers discover Tanzania safari packages, submit booking requests, read and write reviews, and connect with verified safari operators and travel partners. Safari2Go is not the final provider of every safari service unless this is confirmed in writing for a specific booking.
2. Traveler and partner accounts
Travelers may be asked to verify their email before publishing a review or managing review responses. Partners may be invited to a portal after Safari2Go reviews their application. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.
3. Reviews and user content
Reviews must reflect a real travel experience. Do not submit fake reviews, automated reviews, promotional reviews, harmful content, private information about others, or content that infringes another person's rights. Safari2Go may remove or moderate reviews that appear misleading, abusive, duplicated, or unrelated to the operator being reviewed.
4. Booking requests and safari information
Package details, prices, availability, routes, inclusions, and exclusions may change before confirmation. A booking request is not a confirmed safari booking until the traveler, operator, and Safari2Go complete the required confirmation steps.
5. Partner applications and operator listings
Partner applicants must provide truthful business information, licenses, documents, contact details, and product information. Safari2Go may approve, reject, pause, or remove partner access if information cannot be verified or if service standards are not met.
6. Partnership plans and commission
Partners may select a free commission-only model or a paid visibility and support plan. Paid plans begin only after Safari2Go confirms activation. The monthly fee and commission percentage shown when a plan is selected become the agreed commercial terms for that subscription. Commission is calculated from the recorded booking value when a booking is verified. The Safari2Go administration team must confirm any custom enterprise terms.
7. Travel responsibility
Safari travel can involve weather changes, wildlife, road conditions, health requirements, park rules, and third-party providers. Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, medical preparation, and following safety instructions from licensed operators and guides.
8. Changes to these terms
Safari2Go may update these terms as the platform grows. The latest version will be posted on this page.
