Privacy and Cookies

How Safari2Go handles your information.

This statement explains what information Safari2Go collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and how cookies support the website experience.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Information we collect

Safari2Go may collect information you provide through forms, including name, email, phone, WhatsApp, country, travel dates, booking requests, review content, partner company details, documents, package information, and marketing service requests.

For traveler reviews, we may collect a verification email address to reduce fake or automated submissions. For partners, we may collect business and license information to support onboarding and verification.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, send verification codes, route booking requests to the correct partner, review partner applications, manage operator profiles, publish traveler reviews, improve site quality, and protect the platform from misuse.

3. When information is shared

Booking request details may be shared with the assigned safari partner and the Safari2Go administration team. Public reviews may display the traveler's name, country, rating, travel type, travel date, and review content. Private contact details are not intentionally published as part of a review.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Safari2Go uses essential cookies for security, session management, form protection, login status, and cookie notice preferences. We also collect limited first-party website activity such as pages viewed, visit time, device category, referral website, and country or city when supplied by the hosting network. Raw IP addresses are not stored for analytics; they are converted into a one-way identifier used to estimate unique visitors.

5. Your choices

You may contact Safari2Go to request correction, review, or removal of personal information where appropriate. Travelers can use My Reviews to manage follow-up responses. Partners can update business details through the partner portal after access is granted.

6. Security and retention

Safari2Go uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for platform data. We keep information only as long as needed for business, legal, safety, review integrity, and partnership purposes.
